Job Position:- (BPM) Process Consultant with Insurance domain

Location:-  New York, USA

Duration:- 6+ Month

Job Description:-

 Across Life and Disability insurance operations and/or process consulting for such organizations

Good understanding of processes within Insurance domain

 

Should possess the following:

1)     Good understanding of Life and Disability insurance business processes

2)     Functional expertise in leading core insurance platforms/agency & customer portals/other business applications

3)     Ability to perform Value Stream Mapping exercises to identify waste and put together specific action plans (people / process / technology) to address issues

4)     Ability to perform process mapping and modelling using MS Visio/BPM tools, write business case, analyze and recommend solutions for process/technology/compliance challenges

5)     Must have been involved with international client facing process consulting engagements

6)     Experience and Certification in Lean/Six sigma methodologies would be a plus.

7)     Knowledge of US regulatory compliances for health care claims organizations would be an advantage

8)     Ability to work independently – with little or no supervision

9)     Ability to conduct small-medium size stakeholder workshops for process information gathering and analysis

10) Excellent (written and spoken) communication skills in English

11) Ability to work in an integrated environment (amongst large teams comprising of multi skills and function areas)

12) Highly proficient with MS office especially with Excel, Word & PowerPoint

13) Has to be open for travel at short notice – travel could be required for specific projects for stakeholder workshops/meetings/other purposes

14) Experience with process modeling tools like Pega, ARIS, Tibco etc will be an added advantage

15) US Work Visa mandatory
