Duration: 12+ months (37.5 hrs/week)

Responsibilities

UX designers have a very good understanding of technology, business goals and client psychology. Their main task is to conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and then use the gathered information to create sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications, communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed

 

Skills Needed

At least 72 months of experience in design & development of web applications and mobile apps user interfaces.

At least 72 months of experience with large enterprise or government systems

At least 72 months of experience in leading design phases of technical projects for Web, GIS and Mobile applications

At least 72 months of expertise as a User Experience Designer focused on interface design for enterprise workflow, reporting and data intensive web applications

At least 72 months of experience with data/information visualization within UI for Microsoft Technology based applications

At least 60 months of experience in creating detail oriented test plans/cases from User experience perspective and guide User Experience Testing activities.

At least 60 months of experience with iterative User Centered Research and Design process

At least 60 months of experience in High Fidelity and Low Fidelity user interface Prototype design and Mobile First Design concepts

At least 60 months of experience working with cross functional teams - development, project management and business etc.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Designer
