Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 5+ Months
NOTE : Need Senior Profiles
Responsibilities Include:
Drive the innovative use of Salesforce.com as an enterprise business platform for a rapidly growing and evolving company
Interface with internal customers to define requirements
Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes
Perform simple administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management
Evaluate 3rd party solutions and/or apps based on project need or business request
Identify and evaluate new capabilities
Evaluate existing and future system functionality and prescribe rollout plans: including socialization, training, communication, testing and release management
Provide support and troubleshoot system issues
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA degree in business, information systems or computer science with an emphasis in information technology or equivalent experience
SFDC certification a plus
5+ years in a Salesforce development role, including Apex and Visual force development
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and dashboard best practices
Demonstrated competency in Object-oriented Programming
Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
Experience with building and maintaining Custom Objects, and integrating Salesforce with external systems
Proven ability to effectively interact with business users and stakeholders throughout SDLC
Proven leadership skills, multi-tasking, planning, coordinating aggressive schedules and providing excellent customer service levels
Strong ability to express complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing
