Need GC/GC-EAD/TN/Citizens
Position: C# .NET Developer
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Qualifications:
Should have healthcare exp.
· Defines technical solution requirements for the implementation of cross platform, integrated services in a complex statewide environment
· Develops technical diagrams, systems maps, code, and documentation using various tools.
· With clinical advisory input, develops a tailoring strategy for workflows, screens, information model, protocols, decision support rules, and analytics that are usable by clinicians and that impact performance on quality measures and financial metrics
· Designs decision support rules supporting patient care, clinical efficiency and quality measure improvement
· Reviews trends, experiences and approaches, develops technical and application implementation strategies.
· Collaborates with customers and knowledge publishers
· Supports the development of solution sets that can be delivered as part of an SOA product and as service offerings
· Contributes expertise into the multi-generation product and services roadmap
Other Required Qualifications/Experience
· Technical and functional experience designing, analyzing, integrating, tailoring, and/or implementing software using C#.Net
· Ability to understand and design objects and interfaces
· Able to work in various Operating System environments (Windows, Linux, etc…)
· Knowledgeable in RDBMS and ODBC/JDBC
