o   NOTE- all candidates MUST have experience with JD Edwards & Red Prairie


MUST HAVE:
•    5+ years transition/project management experience including experience with the following:
o    JD Edwards
o    Red Prarie
•    Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
•    Proficient in Microsoft Project
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (including PowerPoint, Visio and Access)
•    Excellent leadership skills
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Ability to multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the following;
o    Speaking publically
o    Handling difficult conversations
o    Setting of expectations with clients and project resources
o    Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with clients and project resources
•    Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently with minimal direction
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    PMP certification

NICE TO HAVE:
•    ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
•    ITIL V3 Practitioner Certification
•    Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant field
•    Experience implementing off-shore IT teams
