Role Description
Lead role with hands-on configuration experience with all aspects of ABAP development
Essential Skills
Team lead responsible for all areas of ABAP development including interfaces, conversions, enhancements, smart forms and workflow in functional areas. Must have the ability to design and code/develop objects taking into account best practices including performance tuning based on business requirements. Must have hands-on experience with ABAP development. Responsible for working with an offshore to develop a solution that satisfies detailed functional requirements.
Desirable Skills
Strong leadership, and excellent communication skills required. Previous Lifesciences experience is a plus. Ability to work with functional teams on development objects required.
