Position: Device/Hardware Testers
Location: Lisle, IL
Duration: 12+ Month/ Contract
Interview: Phone and Skype
Senior Tester (need strong device/hardware testers)
*MUST have strong hardware testing experience
Automotive, Truck, Manufacturing experience a plus
Knowledge of Navistar On-Command Connection Link (an all-makes diagnostic system…see Navistar.com for more details) or a similar/competitive system or features a plus
The device tester will be responsible for performing direct onsite and offsite device testing service activities. The consultant will be largely responsible for testing of new Test and Measurement prototypes for Navistar's On-Command Connection link as well as, existing product support. In addition, must test and evaluate the operation of the remote computer interface bus of new and existing T&M equipment.
Must be a strong technical device tester who can prioritize well and has the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accountable for partnering with key roles (enterprise architects, infrastructure, etc.) to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services
