•             Perform user-centered research, design, and analysis for a wide range of business sites and applications.

•             Translate business strategies into requirements, test results, user feedback, and company standards into user interface solutions.

•             Document processes, user flows, and site navigation.

•             Define detailed page-level interactions in documentation in a wide range of media (such as wireframes, comps, interactive prototypes, and video).

•             Develop and communicate documentation to business owners, team members, and others.

•             Conduct usability research and tests.
