Relevant Experience (Years) 4 to 6 Years
Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience with Oracle Agile for Product Lifecycle Management application - Modules PC, PG&C
• Experience working in Oracle Agile PLM application, in particular implementation projects.
• Requires a strong command of the PLM business process.
• Prior experience in at-least two end to end PLM Implementation cycles.
• Extensive experience in Agile configurations, Java, SDK and Agile Process extensions
• Has experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of architectural, design, integration, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Web Application development, Java/J2EE, HTML, Oracle and UNIX.
Experience Required
• Total 4-6 years of experience in Agile PLM development.
Roles & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the Agile technical lead will include
· Analyze and prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation
· Prepare technical design document
· Customization of Agile Functionalities and Unit testing
· Provide proof of concept(POC) if required

• Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed team environment
• Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with customers, peers, and team members
