MUST HAVE:
•    6+ years' experience in Software Development with .Net including:
o    C#
o    ASP.NET
o    Microsoft SQL Server
o    Web 2.0 technologies such as jQuery and AJAX
o    Design patterns within an N-tier or Service-Oriented architecture
•    Experience working in an Agile environment
•    Strong comprehensive of the Software Development Life Cycle
•    Self-motivated & excitement to learn new technologies
•    Exposure to/experience with various service-based technologies (SOAP, WCF, REST)
•    Must be willing and able to change direction during development as requirements and priorities change
•    Comfortable working with a team of developers, including some more senior and less senior than self
•    Experience providing written technical guidance/documentation for other IT users to understand the complete "system" of what is being built
•     Excellent communication skills including ability to be clear and concise in written & verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:
•    ASP.NET MVC development
•    Unit testing and understanding of Unit Testing Principles
•    Understanding of the Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies
•    Certifications related to software engineering
