Skills:-

• Evaluate business processes and requirements to drive optimal technical solutions.
• Analyze technology options and design to quantify and ensure delivery and optimization of benefits.
• Facilitate analysis and discussion of proposed designs and processes to obtain optimal solution. Document and socialize decisions.
• Identify risks to project deliverables, develop mitigation approaches and support mitigation efforts.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. Experience in working on international assignments a plus.
• Accountable for managing assigned tasks and overall results.
• Minimal supervision required. Works independently. Should be able to work from general objective/direction on a new assignment.
• Ability to consult and influence with all levels of management within Organization and its partners.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work cross-culturally.
