Position: SAP Test Lead

Location: Shoreview, MN

Duration: 7 months Contract

 

 Qualifications:

·         Seasoned Test lead with Onsite - Offshore coordination expertise (Min 5 years of lead exp)

·         Experience in SAP required.

·         Experience in testing complex systems preferred.

·         Actively involved in all stages of Testing Cycle     

·         Efficiently translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.

·         Test Plan and Test Case Creation

·         Execution of test cases with functional, regression and performance testing

·         Creation of effective and repeatable Automated Test scripts

·         Work effectively with the development team to ensure all testing activities completed on time and with expectations

·         Good team player who shares knowledge and experience with team members to build a strong testing foundation and concepts within the team

·         Experience in Financial Services preferred

·         Highly visible position on strategic projects

·         Experienced in onsite offshore model

·         Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

·         Effectively manage task, time and priority

·         Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients & team members

·         Presentation skills to review test results with project team / management

·         EXCELLENT communication skills

·         Preferred experience in HP ALM (Defect management tool) and QTP

·         Able to work independently and as part of a team

 

Required Qualifications:

·         SAP Process Control     

·         Test Management - Testing Life Cycle  

·         Test Management - Test Strategy Creation        

·         Manual Testing – Test case Creation     

·         SAP Experience
