Oracle MDM Functional Consultant
Location: Keene, NH
Duration: 6 +Months
Job Summary:
A Sr. Analyst Oracle MDM analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions. Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead implementing Product Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy on Oracle PIM. Provide solution around integrating with other downstream systems (Sales/Marketing/Manufacturing/CRM, etc.).
· Subject matter expertise of following features of PIM: Item Management, User Defined Attributes, Import/Export from Excel, Change Management, Business Rules, Business Events Mechanism, Catalog and Category Maintenance and Roles Based Security.
· Design extensions / APIs for exporting item data to downstream systems.
· Design the application interfaces needed by integration teams.
· Understand data feed from feeder systems and design Interfaces for importing the data
· Good understanding of the API or Mass data loading features. Recommendation of right solutions of mass data loads and do performance tuning by working closely with DBA
· Should be able to understand and analyze the existing C&S product data systems and make recommendations to drive the solution to implement Record of Origin (ROO) or Record of Reference (ROR) for all Global product data.
· Should be able to provide or drive the optimum solution for new C&S initiatives like Retail, ODM, etc.
· Work with distributed team to do Proof of Concept (POC) on any new initiatives
· Prepare detail technical design document (MD70)
· Develop testing strategy
