SAP Functional SCM (APO)

 

SAP Functional Consultant APO

Description: Serve as the IT and Business (user) facing Functional Lead for the APO modules of the SAP Application Outsourcing Delivery. Meet with end users of the APO module regularly (daily) to drive client satisfaction. Manage functional change associated with APO and the monthly Motorcycle Ordering Process, including facilitating meetings and direct ownership of manual processes in the ordering cycle to ensure business continuity. Assign all work assignments to offshore counterparts, commit the team to the work, and manage the quality of the work. Interact and report to the Service Delivery Lead.

Overall, looking for 2-4 years SAP experience operating within the APO module of SAP.

Success Factors:

2-3 years of experience with SAP specifically within SCM - APO
Understanding of Supply Chain Management for Automotive or Industrial Equipment
Strong verbal communication - experience interacting directly with end users on a regular basis
Ability to lead discussion with end users regarding problems/incidents on SAP
Ability to lead functional design session for enhancement requests on SAP
Ability to perform SAP configuration for the APO module
Ability to package work and transition it to offshore teams for fulfillment (incident resolution, development of change, etc.)
