Job Title: BI Analyst

Duration: 6 months
Location: Richmond, VA, US

Need EAD GC/GC/US citizen/TN visa consultants

 

Qualifications:

 
- Understand existing business processes
- Analyze functionality of existing decision support and executive information systems
- Understand subject matter
- Interview end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance
- Work with architects to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Validate that BI meets requirements and service level agreements
- Anticipate what users will want
- Solid experience and expert proficiency with SAP Business Objects XI 3.1 or higher
- Experience designing, developing and implementing complex WebI & DeskI Reports and Dashboards
- Strong knowledge in Complex Universe Design.
- Strong knowledge in Data warehouse principles and concepts
- Should have a good understanding of ETL (OWB Preferably)
- Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements
- Assess risk
- Manage expectations
- Understand information architecture
- Understand technical architecture
- Understand organizational architecture
- Should have experience with Onshore-Offshore Coordination - capable of effectively coordinating with offshore and managing customer expectations.
- Possess strong communication and client management skills.
