Description
Total of 5 individuals to manage the work effort as described above. Skills and knowledge required include:
· Strong Business Consulting Experience and Business Process Analysis
· Business Process Re-engineering and Organizational Change Management Implementation Experience
· Experience working with Government Financial and Administration Systems
· Knowledge of leading Government "ERP" Solutions
· Solid background in Accounting, Procurement, Financial Systems and Contract Administration
· Solid background in Criminal Justice and Jail Management Systems
· Knowledgeable in HIPPA, SOX, CJIS, ITIL, SDLC and related disciplines
· Significant experience with Enterprise Technical and Solutions Architecture, Design and Deployment – inclusive of mainframe, virtual, hosted, and SaaS environments and solutions
· Program and Project Management Expertise
· Ability to navigate complex and diverse organizational structures
· Successful Execution of Similar analysis, design and implementation projects
