I've been reaching to folks to sign on to a letter of support for 2 workers facing deportation. They worked at a company called WastePro that charged them upwards of $1000 just to get a job there, stole their wages, refused them medical attention when they were injured etc. One of them has a deportation date set for Monday so I'm hoping to get as many individuals signed on to the attached letter as soon as possible. I'm also attaching the workers' testimonials. They qualify for U Visas but are being detained so we're asking for their release and speedy U Visa certifications.
Can you think of anyone that you think would be willing to sign on?
