Title: Java with .Net experience

Duration: 6 months+

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Skill Set:

• This Sr Developer role will NOT be developing code. He/she will be working with other Engineers on Code Intergration. MUST have strong knowledge of WebSphere & .NET Administration. Must have strong knowledge of Eclipse, RAD, Visual Studio & Java JDK (1.5, 1.6 & 1.7)
• Client is looking for a developer with 3+ years experience with Java development and ASP .net development and administration.
• The candidate requires development experience with Eclipse and IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) integrated development environments.
• In addition, the candidate should have Visual Studio experience for ASP.NET web development.The candidate will work with application development portfolio's to help troubleshoot java and .net application deployment and performance challenges.
• The candidate will work closely with the WAS and .net system administrators to enhance the current hosting environments by assisting with development and maintenance of automation scripts with the goal of enhancing "self-service" tools where possible to the enterprise.
• Performing installation of new WAS and .net applications will also be required.

Must have:

• 3 years experience identifying Java and .net application issues
• 3 years experience with Application development and deployments 
• 3 years experience Tomcat, WAS, and .net application administration experience
• 2 years experience with Java Development, Python Shell Scripting experience, ASP.net Development, Power Shell Scripting experience
