Position: COBOL Programmer Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Type: Contract

 

Job Description :

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience that includes seven+ years of experience providing programming support for a large-scale payroll or financial system with both batch and on-line components operating in a mainframe environment
Seven or more years of experience in the development of large-scale, IBM based, on-line application systems using COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, JCL, TSO, VSAM, Xpediter, File-Aid, and Endevor
Experience working on large projects and performing project activities (business requirements gathering, functional requirements gathering, and data modeling)
Experience writing detailed program specifications, test plans, test cases, coding, debugging, testing, project tracking and implementation planning
