Detailed JD:

·         Pega PRPC & CPM experience - Mandatory

·         Pega CPM-HC and call center implementation experience desired

·         Healthcare experience desired

·         Experience in integrating Pega PRPC with external applications

·         Full life-Cycle experience in requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing an support

·         Pega SSA certification or equivalent experience
