- Expert command of processes related to Production Support
- Maintaining and improving the technical implementation of client developed on the enterprise content management system Adobe CQ product using best practices in an analytics-driven approach
- Supporting modules/templates based on defined requirements using Adobe CQ
- Understanding and addressing web related issues
- Interacting with clients, co-workers/teams, and third-party support organizations
- Able to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative team environment
- Developing and maintaining reference material and documentation, including user guide/help sites
- Work with other teams to recommend and validate solutions to address business needs and opportunities and propose changes that would make the Adobe CQ environment a more effective solution
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems
- Experience maintaining websites using Adobe CQ, including supporting custom components and templates
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring flexible working hours
- Strong problem solving and decision-making
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methods including design, testing, deployment, documentation activities, and production change control processes
- Ability to analyze business requirements, technical design documents and implementation plans for small to complex projects
- Provides user support for issues and matters that requires technical interventions
- Good knowledge of UNIX / Linux Concepts and Shells like BASH
- Good knowledge of Apache Web Server, JBoss, WebSphere, or Tomcat
- Good knowledge of continuous integration
- Focuses on impact and result for the client
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
- Builds strong relationships with clients and external actors
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
- Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view
