Qualifications:

• Strong Business Analyst skills (Not a business BA, more of a technical BA)
• Recent Agile experience within the past year
• Technical background
• Development background would be nice
• Strong user experience
• Ecommerce experience
• Able to take a user story and break it down into a development task
• Self-starter, self-disciplined
• Can take ownership without direction
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Written and verbal communication
• Retail experience is a plus
