MUST HAVE:
· At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in all of the following:
o Microsoft .NET Framework
o SQL Server
o OODD with C#
o ASP.NET MVC and web form experience
o Web-based technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX
o CRM and CMS platforms
o Agile software development
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to balance trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical and business constraints
· Good work ethics and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals
· Ability to work capably under stress and juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines
· Strong diplomatic, interpersonal and teamwork skills
