• Must have 3-5 years of experience of managing medium-sized IT projects following agile methodologies.
• Possess planning, prioritization, and leadership skills in an agile environment.
• Understand the basic concepts of Test Driven Development and how to include quality in all parts of the team's plans
• PMP and CSM are a plus but not required

· Equally comfortable with Unix and Windows environments

· Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments
Description
· The Shared Architecture and Infrastructure Services (SAIS) team is looking for a highly skilled and exceptional Infrastructure Engineer who would lead diverse IT Infrastructure efforts interfacing with multiple vendors, delivery teams, business units, managed service providers and IT representatives.
· Desired Skills
· 4+ years of Experience in installing, configuring WebSphere, tcServer or other Application
· 3+ years of Experience in Shell, Jython, PERL scripting
· 4+ years of Experience working with Unix and Windows environments
· 2+ years of Experience with VMware environments
· 4+ Years of Experience with development, troubleshooting and performance tuning JEE applications
· 4+ years of Experience in installing and configuring Web Servers eg : IHS or Apache
· Experience with Websphere MQ
· Provide good understanding of concepts related to server load balancing, WAS clustering and other application scaling concepts.
· Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments
· Knowledge and experience with the various security components such as WebSphere security, LDAP, SSL certificates and other third party security products. Able to review the performance monitoring of the respective environment, determine opportunities to refine the configuration of a component and determine new resource / capacity requirements
· The individual must be experienced in performing problem diagnostics to determine the root cause of an issue
· Strong technical documentation and presentation skills
· Candidate must be a team player who works and communicates well with technical and non-technical resources.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to work with limited direction while being highly productive.
· A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
· Additional Skills
· 2+ years of experience in Data caching technologies eg: Gigaspace
· Experience with Dynatrace and Vmware Log Insight
· Experience with automation – Infrastructure as code (CHEF, Puppet) tools or deployment automation scripting
· Strong Network experience
· Experience with Database & Database related technologies

Summary: Maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.
Education/Experience
· Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
