Position : QA Engineer with strong Object oriented programming
Location : MountainView,CA
Duration : Long Term
job Description:
• Able to create and maintain test plans
• Design sanity, smoke and regression suites through automation and manual tests
• Functional ownership of features and some level of supervision of activities from other QA engineers.
• Strategize and prioritize tests in fast paced agile development
• Code coverage analysis
• Collaborate with Product managers and developers to understand requirements, use cases and transform them into tests.
• Participate in design discussions and raise adequate questions about the quality, stability, usability and scalability of the applications in test
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of experience
• Experience with any automation tool for web based applications. Selenium is plus.
• Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming .
• Experience with any scripting language(Python is Plus)
• Strong understanding of algorithms and database concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work in fast paced env and multi-task.
• Experience working with global teams
