JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- 

 

Datastage Architect with Cognos knowledge:

• BI/DW architect - 8+ years of BI/DW experience with at least 2 to 3 years in an architect role

• End-to-end Implementation experience of at least 2 DW/BI projects preferably using IBM BI stack

• Ability to articulate the customer needs effectively, define an architecture roadmap

  addressing those customer needs and guide the team in designing/implementing the same

• Experience of designing DW architectures for cross-subject area wise reporting

• Strong experience in DataStage And involved in architecting couple of projects

• Knowledge in Cognos is added advantage

• Good knowledge in Data Modeling skills

• Very good communication skills

Cognos Lead with Datastage knowledge

 • 6+ years of BI/DW experience with prior experience as an lead.

• Strong experience in Cognos . Additional experience in Datastage preferred. 

• 5+ years of experience in Cognos   - both development and environment administration experience required (at least 1 year of administration experience)

• Ability to interface with customer stakeholders, articulate the issues faced by the users  and provide resolutions

• Ability to coordinate the support work with the offshore team effectively and meet the support SLAs 

• Very good communication skills
