Position : Windows Admin
Location : Jersey City,NJ
Duration : 3 months
JD :
· 7 years of Windows Server administration (Windows 2003/2008/2008R2)
· Solid understanding of Windows Server including Active Directory
· Troubleshooting Hardware, OS & AD related issues
· Experience in at least one backup tool – BackupExec /Netbackup
· Enterprise Backup technologies (e.g. TSM)
· Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
· Perform Capacity Planning exercises
· Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance.
· Sound knowledge on Clustering – MSCS and NLB
· Working knowledge of HP Blade enclosure
· Working knowledge on VmWare .
· Knowledge on SCOM/SCCM is a plus
Required Skills :
· Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors, subcontracting team and customers.
· Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
· Good communication skills and team coordination.
