Oracle Apps Technical Lead Job description:
· Must have Atleast Two Oracle EBS R12 project Upgrade experience in US.
· 8+ years of Experience in designing, developing, implementing interfaces, extensions, reports in Oracle EBS.
· Experience in analyzing the business requirements, Gap analysis, Data Mapping with the user community
· Proven ability in resolving complex business problems by taking the complete ownership and should be able to work independently.
· Complete understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite technical architecture and underlying table structures and their usage to design and develop efficient program units.
· Skilled in RDBMS Principles and Technical Programming experience in SQL and PL/SQL with equal understanding of EBS functionality.
· Work with the DBA's to migrate the changes to the test instances and test the changes
· Excellent understanding of integrating third party / legacy system with Oracle application using Oracle Open Interfaces / API's
· Exposure to Workflow / AME / XML Publisher / JSP / J2EE
· Experience in fine tuning SQL statements to improve execution performance using TKPROF, SQL Trace and Oracle hints.
· Experience working in R12 Production Support / Maintenance environment. Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and should be able to trouble shoot issues.
· Having Strong Communication skills, Self-Motivated and Inter Personal Skills, organize multiple tasks to meet schedules and deadlines.
· Excellent Techno functional knowledge in EBS Financial & Supply chain modules preferred but not required.
· Familiar with Oracle AIM & OUM Methodology
JD For Finance Onsite Lead:
8 Years System or Business Analysis Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Financials Application implementations with minimum Two full upgrades done in last two years from R11 to R12.
Lead the EBS upgrade project life cycle, from architecture design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing and training through to post go-live support.
Accomplished 4+ Oracle EBS Financials experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Note : Here the requirement is opposite the candidate should be functional with major in financial modules + experience in upgrade + knowledge in technical & other modules added advantage.
JD For SCM Onsite Lead:
8 Years System or Business Analysis Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Supplychain Application implementations with minimum Two full upgrades done in last two years from R11 to R12.
Suppy chain modules include Oracle Order Management, Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Bill of Materials, WIP, Costing
Lead the EBS upgrade project life cycle, from architecture design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing and training through to post go-live support.
Exposure to MES systems
Accomplished 4+ Oracle EBS Financials experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
