Role: SAP Order entry specialist
Location: Midland Texas
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months contract
Client : IGATE
Rate : $ 10/hour on c2c
Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders for Sales and Service Department
- Enter all orders into the computerized processing system quickly and accurately
- Use knowledge of products and customers to appropriately enter data into the system
- Works in conjunction with Customer Service Specialists to clarify incomplete or questionable information
- Prioritize orders based on requested delivery date to ensure orders are entered in a timely manner
- Once order is entered into the system, responsible for saving and indexing into an imaging system
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Six months data entry experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of a computer
- SAP end user experience preferred
