Job Description

Detail Description

·         Develop & maintain specialized reports/dashboards utilizing appropriate Business Objects tools. Participate in collecting & documenting user requirements & provide ongoing maintenance support to the IM user community.

·         Develop & rollout new decision support tools to improve business performance & customer service delivery. Support application development including data extraction & data cleansing, delivery of business intelligence & analytics to the stakeholders, mobile applications, & web-based programs & analytics.

·         Provide support to IM user community with report troubleshooting with Business Objects inquiries. Develop materials & provide report training. Assist users in developing ad-hoc reports & queries.

·         Prepare & maintain consistent project documents including, requirements documents, training documents, & technical documents. Liaise among business stakeholders to elicit & communicate business & functional requirements. Prepare clear, cogent business cases, use cases, & communication plans.

 

Special Skillset

·         EDW

·         SAP BusinessObjects

·         SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting.

·         C++/C#, VB, VBA, XML, Informatica and web development. 

·         Programming experience in SQL and .NET

·         Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word,  PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) 

·         Report Design and Metrics
