•                  Strong functional expertise in Finance and Accounting, understanding of HFM and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting

•                  Extensive knowledge of financial systems, financial cycles and processes

•                  Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting

•                  Must have knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle Reports

•                  Experience with project management life cycle principles

•                  Experience defining system requests and writing functional documentation

•                  Review and document business requirements and assess changes required to existing processes

•                  Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with internal IT and business leaders as well as external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude.

•                  Build strong relationships with Business & IT teams to ensure effective support operations and drive simplification of business processes

•                  Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports

•                  Ensures appropriate governance and monitors transformation project progress, budgets, risks and issues to ensure timelines and deliverables are met and manages communication with senior stakeholders, with primary focus on local stakeholders

•                  Support and communicate standards, policies, & compliance requirements
