JD:

 

1.        Responsible for all aspects of project management: scope, schedule, issue management and quality control
2. Ensures project resources are properly identified and their project role and responsibilities are clearly defined.
3. Communicates and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and address issues as they occur.
4. Identifies project risks and implements a risk management plan.
5. Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors.
6. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
7. PMP certification preferred.
8. Must have excellent written and verbal communication
9. Must have ability to identify dependencies and drive deliverables and tasks across functions.
10. Ability to understand MD.050 (Functional design) documents
11. Ability to write MD.070 (Technical design) document
12. Capable of writing conversion documents
(a) Migration Strategy (CV.010)
(b) Data Mapping (CV.040)
(c) Technical Design Document (CV.060)
(d) Test Plan (CV.070)
13. Capable of reviewing technical design and code
14. Guide technical team at onsite/offshore
15. Participate in CRP's, SIT's and CAT
16. Ability to provide inputs to cutover plan
17. Knowledge of API's in SCM and finance area. Strong experience in Oracle apps data conversions
18. Should have strong Oracle Apps technical knowledge
