Must Have:
ü Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
ü Strong knowledge of any middleware tool like TIBCO or Webmethods with hands-on experience of more than 6 years
ü Strong understanding of Java, J2EE platforms
ü Must be a hands on person with fast learning ability
ü Excellent understanding various messaging mechanisms and integration architecture
ü Must have ability to train and guide a team
ü Prior experience of managing/coordinating with an offshore team is preferred
ü Related certification(s) preferred
ü Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
ü Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
ü Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
