Job Title: Siebel Developer
Location: Linthicum, MD
Type of Hire: Long Term Contract
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, develop, maintain and support Siebel and integration solutions
· Respond rapidly to changing business requirements, multi-task and move easily between projects
· Derive requirements through working with operational and IT personnel
· Collaborate with other application development personnel on complex interrelated projects
· Utilize Agile development methodology, tools and artifacts defined for Application Development team
· Test computer systems according to specifications, IT standards, procedures and methodologies
· Develop time estimates using approved techniques and relevant information to assist in formulating project plans
· Communicate directly with the customer community (in person and/or in writing) in a timely, responsive manner throughout all project and support activities, as appropriate
· Alert I.S. management of circumstances and conditions that could impact service levels
· Embrace and champion the use of productivity tools by the technical staff to improve productivity
· Perform other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Extensive experience with Siebel development and configuration, Worfklow, Web Service integration
· Experience with Siebel ver 8.1 is required
· Experience with Siebel Innovation Pack 2014/2015/ Open UI is a plus
· Oracle SQL is required
· BI Publisher experience is a plus
· VB.NET, C# knowledge is a plus
