 Must Have:

ü  Thorough understanding and experience with AIX o/s with experience with

o   LPARs

o   NPIV

o   native AIX multipathing

o   AIX mirroring

o   AIX clusters

ü  Linux (particularly Red Hat) admin experience

ü  Experience with Brocade SAN switches

ü  Understanding of data migration techniques for UNIX, Linux and Windows

ü  Understanding of change management and the purpose of change control

ü  Excellent documentation skills
