Role: WTX Developer (SME)
Location: New Hudson, MI
Duration: 6+ Months
Client: BCBS
Roles:
• Working on EDI base tickets/enhancements.
• Interfacing with business area on ticket resolution
• Providing production support during regular company hours as well as off hours as needed
• Documentation of work/changes using Microsoft suite of tools word, excel, visio
• Effective communication with other team members
• Need to function as a peer reviewer for code changes
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience - (7- 10 years):
1. 7 years minimum experience working as a developer or technical analyst
2. Expert in Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX)
3. Experienced in MQ Series, DB2, Java, ESQL
Required Skills/Experience:
• 7 years minimum experience working as a developer or technical analyst
• Expert in Websphere transformation Extender (WTX)
• Experienced in MQ Series, DB2, Java, ESQL
• Experienced in HIPAA transactions.
• Prepare build and deploy scripts to deploy code on zLinux
• Put together coding and other development standards
• Review code and provide feedback to development team.
• Mentor team and help with day-to-day technical questions on WTX.
• Experience in XML-based messaging; MQ or web services connectivity
• Must have good communication skills and must be able present diagnostic, troubleshooting steps and conclusions to a varied audience
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting large-scale projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field required.
Master degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field preferred.
