Duration: 6 Months +
§ Understand the client's requirements, and effectively position IT Infrastructure Products and Services to ensure a successful implementation of the products and technologies
§ As an authority on IT Infrastructure Products, technologies (Windows/Unix/MSG & Collaboration/DB/Virtualization/NW/ Telecom/Storage/Cloud/IT Security/IT Operations etc.) will support clients by providing them with the technical expertise related to the application of these technologies.
§ Assist with the qualification, scoping, and sales process for "non-standard" service offerings (i.e. Custom Development, Proof of Concept, Issue Resolution) and assist with Statement of Work development and service definition.
§ Should be capable of communicating technical concepts to clients and peers with mixed levels of technical abilities, and making sound technical and architectural decisions independently.
§ Prior working experience in supporting Service Now upgrades, Active Directory, SQL Reporting and remediation
§ Working knowledge on Server / Workstation class Hardware, VMware virtual environment, Exposure on provisioning new VM, adding data stores, networking to clusters and various other Virtualization administrator actions.
§ Should have worked experience in Build, Release & Configuration management
§ Coordinate with Customers, Vendors and other stake holders to schedule / manage / achieve the targeted Project results.
§ Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, IT industry trends, and related vendor product/solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively in written and oral form
§ Ability to create solutions and ensure its successful implementation.
§ The position will require strong client facing skills and an acute understanding of consulting.
