Notes Developer / Administrator
Location: Houston, TX
Duration 3-6 months +
Pay rate: $50-55/hr
Responsibilities
Provide Lotus/Domino server/client administration including installation, configuration, performance tuning, access management, change control, update, upgrade and migration.
Provide runtime support for Lotus based applications and help user resolve issues
Write unit and functional test plans and complete design & Coding.
Implementation of the project in all the environments.
Work closely with operations to test, debug, and refine the applications for optimal performance and scalability
Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
Required skills
Minimum 5 Yrs of Lotus Notes and Domino related working experience
Experience in Lotus notes/Domino client/server administration
Hands on experience in developing and maintaining Lotus Notes applications
Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating functional and non-functional requirements into technical/ system specifications
Good Communication Skills
Excellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter and ability to work as part of team
Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement

Ideally, 5 plus years of experience in Guidewire Policy Administration / Development. Our client is phasing out its legacy system and replacing it with a new Guidewire implementation. We are also seeking a Senior Java Developer who will be able to lead/assist with this task.
10+ years of IT development experience with 1 or 2 Guidewire ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter implementations as a lead developer.
Experience with the GOSU programming language.
7+ years of experience in both Java and JavaScript. Skill level needs to be expert.
Experience in a lead role as we are looking for someone who can contribute ideas and not be a heads down developer.
