POSITION: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst

LOCATION: Columbia ,SC

DURATION: Long Term

 

 

           

PeopleSoft HCM experience with knowledge of Payroll module preferred. Knowledge of business analysis, systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques. Exceptional team facilitation skills required, along with knowledge of quality improvement tools to facilitate defining and documenting business requirements. Ability to support the activities of subject matter experts (SMEs) for enhancement and production support of one or moreof the modules associated with the delivery of the supported PeopleSoft HCM 9.x enterprise application and its integration with other enterprise, departmental, and external applications. Business analyst will join the team in the ending stages of spec writing and as the system testing begins. Should have a good understanding of payroll, time and labor, and absence management in PS. Experience in testing go live implementation is highly desireable. Business Analyst Technical Requirements
