Job Description
5 - 7 years experience in data analysis • Solid understanding of Powerdesigner data modeling tool • Strong analytical skills • Understanding of Sales and marketing area in Pharmaceutical domain • Solid understanding of information warehousing, and large-scale data management issues and concepts. • Solid understanding of conceptual, logical and physical modeling concepts. • Experience as a warehousing data analyst. • Ability to project plan, co-ordinate and carry to completion database initiatives, with solid interpersonal organizational and people communication skills, as well as solid writing and oral communication skills. • Demonstrate knowledge of Data Normalization techniques. • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. • Strong problem determination and resolution skills. • Ability to prepare, present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations and to perform necessary research or investigations • Ability to accept high level assignments and work with limited supervision and guidance • Excellent work history and attendance record • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in fast paced environment • Understanding capability of DW Data process strategy. • Adequate knowledge on EDSS in DW • Acquired knowledge on Datatypes and data conversion strategy across multiple database environment • Acquired any designing practice to create different types of fact components required for reporting and Analytics. • Efficient and adaptable to different reporting and analytical tools used for data analysis, stewardship & reporting. • Efficient in Data Warehouse architecture planning, designing and development strategy. • Acquired a decent level of knowledge in different types DW data modeling techniques as per latest real world reporting and analytics solution area.
