Overview:

The client, one of the largest berry growers in the world has been involved in a company wide HR Transformation from manual operations to Systems.The goal of the UI Designer/Web Developer is to provide the technical expertise to developer and integrate their Career Page on their Global Website.  The client is using Workday to integrate their Career site.

The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation

Required: 

Must have experience creating and developing websites with the integration of a Talent Management Systems: Workday ( Preferred ) ; Taleo ; Successfactors

• Must have experience with analyzing situations and identify alternative solutions with associated pros and cons.
  
• Must be very creativity and technically savvy
  
• Experience and understanding SharePoint capabilities 
  
• Must have experience with Backend Database connections
  
• Expert knowledge and experience in one or more development languages (C++/Java/HTML/HTML5/.NET/Python/Wise/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery) is required. Certification is desired.
  
• Expert knowledge and experience with cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), and Security Principles
  
• Ability to solve problems and translate policies into daily routine operations
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
• Keen attention to detail.
  
• Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of the Technology industry.
