BCBSM is looking for someone that is strong in Camra
For CAMRA experience, when I mention someone with solid CAMRA experience I'm referring to the accounting tool itself, which is currently on version 7.0.5. Anything version 5 and higher is good. One of CLIENT sub-projects will be to upgrade the Investment Accounting system from CAMRA v6.10 to 7.05.

Systems/ Data Analyst
Engagement Description
This individual will be responsible for identifying issues within systems interfaces and erroneous data in existing vendor-hosted systems/databases as well as working with the BCBSM Business and internal/external IT teams to resolve them.
Top Skills/Experience
1. Fluent in Crystal Reports 11.0 (7+ years)
2. Advanced data skills with SQL and MS SQL databases, especially Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) (7+ years)
3. Exposure to or experience with SS&C CAMRA, BlackRock, Bloomberg, Wall Street Systems, AxiomSL, Misys, Murex, RiskMetrics, MSCI Barra desirable (5+ years)
Required Skills/Experience
- Systems/business experience with large custodial banks (State Street, Northern Trust, Bank of New York and Wells Fargo)
- Comfortable with the nomenclature of investments and accounting
- Risk management system experience is a plus
- Highly proficient in ETL processes and workflows
- Highly skilled in ability to reverse-engineer feeds in the absence of full documentation without benefit of specialized toolsets
- Comfortable and successful in determining tactics and process required to achieve data-related objectives without need for task-level direction
- Familiarity with project lifecycle SDLC, defect tracking and change management procedures
- Highly analytical, excellent problem solving skills
- Able to identify likely sources of data contamination, data processing/workflow breaks/breakdowns and explain same to non-technical audience
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation that can be understood by others who may not have direct knowledge of the subject
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and team spirit attitude
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with Investment Accounting and/or Treasury software
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Access and Word
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or closely related field preferred
