Manager – Organization Change Management
The person identified shall be responsible for the following
• Should Champion the Organizational change management
• Should be able to craft communications for wider audience
• Be able to Initiate surveys and work out action plan and engage end users – both IT & Business
• Should be able to create a charter and drive from initiation to completion
• Shall be able to run different activities / projects simultaneously
• Should be able to work with CIO/CTO / Business heads
• Should be able to Write and Comprehend the plan lucidly
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• One who can help build a coalition of executive support;
• Draft a vision for change, and then communicate it via messages, visuals, etc.
• One who can help track adoption of change, create surveys etc.
