Position: QA Selenium Automation Lead

Location: Woonsocket RI

Duration: Full Time

Experience: 12+

                               

Primary skills: Looking for QA Selenium Automation Lead Testers with some Manuel Testing experience

 

Key Skills: QTP / UFT Selenium, Automation framework

 

 Skills Required:

 

Overall experience of 12 – 14 years

Must have at least 4 years' experience as a Tech Lead

Has done at least 3 Full Life Cycle implementation and led a team of 4+ members

Must have experience in a Development Project

Must have HPQC

Must be good in Test Automation and Manual Testing

Must have created Automation Test Framework

Hands on experience in Selenium in UFT (QTP)

Good experience on HP Quality Center / ALM tool – Test case creation, defect management

Hands on Test Automation experience (Java / Selenium or QTP / UFT)

Ensure execution of the automated and Manual test during sprint and release cycles

Define and implement testing and verification strategies

Mobile testing experience is a Plus

QA methodology knowledge

QC and Agile methodologies

Identify and solve a problem

Root cause analysis

Identify and give solutions to problems from design – coding- implementation.

Process improvement

Good experience in all Test Cases

Good Experience in Creating and Modifying a Framework

Good Experience in updating a Framework

Hands on experience in coding on Automation tools

Legacy Migration experience

Conduct RCA on the failures reported and publish it to the relevant stakeholders

Work with Client SMEs/QAs to gather test requirements

Understand, assess and identify improvement areas in the current test artifacts 

Proactively suggest improvement areas in the process and technology implementation 

Assign tasks to the team on a daily basis and ensure follow ups 

Report progress on a regular basis to the internal stakeholders and the Customer 

Maintain and/or develop automation frameworks as required

Maintain and/or update documentation that communicates the standards and procedures

Should be able to lead a team of 4 QAs – attend management meetings, present reports, provide explanations etc. – real leadership to be displayed.
