Cognos Developer

6+months

Locations: In order by preference
1.Pittsburgh, PA
2.Cleveland, OH
3.Columbus, OH
There are 3 location choices.

 

Visa required: USC or GC only

Interview process: Phone and Face to face.

 

 

The successful candidate will have the following basic qualifications: 
Possess an advanced and thorough understanding of IT concepts, including database concept structures, data mapping, software/application development techniques and testing techniques.
Strong experience in design, develop, and implementing Cognos TM1 10.2.2 , CDM(10.2.3), CAM Applications for Financial models with complex rules.
Development of Turbo Integrator (TI) Processes to load and retrieve data from database tables and other data sources, for creating dimensions, hierarchies, and cubes.
Adept at Scheduling using  Standard schedulers.

Expertise in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL statements.
Creating User groups and roles to manage security in Cognos Access Manager (CAM) and Access Rights of the Reports for the end users.
Proficient in SQL Server 2008 and Oracle 11g.
Strong understanding of Informatica 9.1, SQL SSIS, C# and Java preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A strong commitment to customer service
Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and teams
Ability to work on a geographically diverse teams.
IBM CONGNOS Certifications preferred
