JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Excellent project management and follow-up skills

·         Good relationship management

·         Natural curiosity

·         Sound problem solving coupled with excellent analytical ability

·         Own D.A.C. coverage against identified potential issues with the Issue Detection domain – Pricing and Fees.  Coverage includes daily management of alerts, actioning of confirmed issues and coordination of issue management resolution to closure with corresponding resolution teams such as SDM, BRT, Ops, Prevention teams).

·         Leading of RCA (root cause analysis) activities to confirm and legitimize issues. 

·         Drive defect elimination by ensuring correct and holistic resolutions; identify and drive implementation of projects to prevent customer issues/errors based on analysis.

·         Prepare accurate, fact based analysis and documentation for varying levels of stakeholders

·         Effectively communicate verbal or written business information to all members of the project team and business partners.
