Job Description:

 

•             Overall 5+ Years of technical experience in CRM including CRM-ABAP.

•             Experience in Interaction center web client (IC Web Client) is a must

•             Experience CRM GENIL/BOL programming is a must

•             Experience in CRM Web UI

•             Experience/Knowledge of ERP order and LORD API

•             Experience in CRM Middleware (Replication of customers and materials between ECC and CRM)

•             Experience in CRM 7.0 EHP1

•             Experience CRM BSP component workbench
