Position: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer
Location: Woodlands, TX

Description:
The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer position is a highly technical position with responsibility of working under a lead on creation and use of data deliverables for specific projects. Project data deliverables include gathering of data requirements, data flow diagrams, data sourcing plans, data privacy/security architecture, database architecture, data integration specifications, integration architecture design, development, testing, status updates and implementation.
The role will work with business and IT groups to design a data integration workflow design that provides for the extracting, loading and transforming of data, primarily for Core HR/HRMS reporting and analytics using OBIEE. The Developer must be capable of working in a collaborative environment to support rapid development and delivery of results and capabilities (i.e. AGILE SDLC).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Extensive experience and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
•Experience in some combination of Oracle's developer tools, including Oracle Workflow, BI publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports
•Experience with the latest versions of Oracle Core HR and HRMS applications and technology
•Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend corrective action plan and follow through.
•Design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain assigned application within Oracle E-Business Suite. Ensures deliverables are high quality, and meets user expectations. Supports system and integration testing activities.
Work with IT and business units to design data workflow integration. This will provide data ETL for OBIEE reporting.
Oracle Data Integrator design, build to implement master data flows.
Gather requirements and analysis.
Design technical documents and support manuals.
Drive test and deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in similar industry or utilizing technologies as outlined below
•5+ years of experience with the Oracle e-Business Suite, OBIEE, Agile and related third party products including application development, PL/SQL, system integrations, creating data structures and writing integrations to all HRMS tables both internal and external.
•5+ years of experience with Oracle development tools, including forms & reports, Workflow builder, Business Events, Web ADI, OAF (J Developer), BI Publisher, and middleware tools and technology.
BS CS
Database modeling, Oracle, SQL Server
Oracle Database Integrator hands-on development
Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development
Oracle database management and Oracle applications
Strong ETL skills are key
Excellent communication skills.
