Job Role: Business System Analyst (IIBA Certification required)
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: 6 Months

Minimum Qualifications:
8 years+ experience as an IT business systems analyst and experience with large scale
IT projects.
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification preferred, but
not required.
System and data expertise using Oracle Databases

In-depth PL/SQL knowledge. It is required to be able to read PL/SQL statements and
packages.
Strong knowledge in providing business analysis documents and process
improvement.
Skills:
1. Acumen for highly technical complex strategy, planning, problem-solving
discussions.
2. Ability to distil highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
and high-level decision makers.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to write highly complicated and technical documents to meet Oregon's State
CIO's office requirements.
5. Ability to identify, collect, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements
6. Ability to work well with staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
7. Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams at varying levels of expertise in a
stressful work environment.
8. Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
9. Strong customer-service orientation.
10. Self-motivated, problem solver, outside-the-box thinker.
