IS Level 4 Administration Support for R&D Applications
Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of R&D business applications including:
· Staging / testing of CAD application updates and bug-fixes.
· Troubleshoot / diagnose CAD application issues.
· Strong understanding of integrating CAD applications into production environments.
· Create and test deployment scripts, CAD application images and application patches.
· Troubleshoot application issues. Work with end users and other support departments to define, reproduce and countermeasure issues.
· Ability to create / maintain standardized processes.
· Manage environment using Toyota's Change Management Process.
· Support emergency application changes or business requests.
· Create detailed / clear documentation & problem reports.
· Provide off-hours support as needed, both onsite & remotely.
· Daily time management and accurate time reporting.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· CAD application support (CATIA V5, Pro/E, Zuken CR5000, etc.), including settings, plotting and licensing.
· Must be a self-starter and be able to follow & enforce defined division processes.
· Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment.
· Excellent organization & time management skills in addition to a high level of problem solving and analysis.
· Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution & follow-up for local and remote end users.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Visio document creation.
· Experience with Remedy Help Desk ticket software and Planview is a plus, but not required.
